Join me on myĀ latest photography project and discover how photography can have a positive impact on your physical and mental well-being.

Starting on Monday 24th June, I will be spending 28 days capturing the beauty of the area immediately around the village where I live. The rules are simple:

  • Capture 28 photos (average 1 per day) showcasing my local area
  • All photos must be captured within walking distance of my house
  • All photos must be captured using my phone

The project aims to demonstrate how including photography in our day-to-day lives can have a positive impact on our physical and mental well-being.
